Point of Interface

For multi operator and multi system indoor systems, operators will face complex challenges on inter-band and intra-band interferences for both UL and DL performance when sharing a single Distributed Antenna System (DAS). Off-shelve combiners and power dividers are typically wide band with standard filtering features, and are not suitable for multi operator and multi system indoor system.

The use of Point of Interface is to ensure maximum isolation of the various inter-band and intra-band signals prior to combining all the signals. Once the signals are combined, it will be sent to a single DAS and sharing a common antenna point.  

The POI is excellent for use in large indoor coverage system such as exposition centre, pavilion, airport, subway, market place and so on.
